Each week, Jr. Makers create a project that explores new art media and teaches useful skills. During the second part of each session, Jr. Makers have the freedom to tinker, apply and practice news skills and art media in projects of their choice.
Cloud 9 Workshop has a strong environmental focus. Where possible, we repurpose and reuse common and uncommon materials found at home. Workshops are designed to integrate practical skills such as: sewing, basic tool use, problem solving & math.

INSECT INVASION
Series 1: September 23- Oct 9
Drop the kids off to explore a new project each week! Buzz, crawl, and flutter into creativity! In this fun, bug-themed series, kids will explore the world of insects through drawing, painting, sculpture, and mixed media. Each week brings a new project—think dazzling butterflies, bold beetles, and bugs with superpowers! Kids will leave with colorful creations and a newfound love for nature’s tiniest creatures.

AUTUMN MAGIC
Series 2: October 14- 30
Drop the kids off to explore a new project each week! Celebrate the colors and coziness of fall! In this nature-inspired series, kids will create with leaves, paint glowing autumn scenes, and craft seasonal treasures using a mix of art techniques. Each week captures the magic of crisp days, swirling leaves, and warm colors to make art that feels like fall itself. Kids will leave with creations as vibrant and unique as the season.

MAGICAL CREATURES
Series 3: November 4- 20
Drop the kids off to explore a new project each week! Where do dragons hide and unicorns roam? In this whimsical series, kids will dream up and design their own magical creatures—from glittering unicorns to fire-breathing dragons—using drawing, painting, sculpture, and more. Each week brings a new fantasy-inspired project that blends creativity with storytelling. Kids will leave inspired by the world of imagination.

WINTER WONDERLAND
Series 4: December 2- 18
Drop the kids off to explore a new project each week! Step into a world of frosty fun and sparkling creativity! In this winter-themed series, kids will explore a variety of art materials and techniques inspired by the beauty of the season—think swirling snowflakes, cozy critters, and magical painted scenes. Each project encourages imagination, skill-building, and creative confidence—no snow boots required.
