Workshop & Camp Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature of our studio, registration fees for all workshops, events & camps are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel workshops & camps if attendance is below 4 attendees. In the event workshops, events or camps are prohibited by federal/state/county/city mandate, workshops, events & camps will be canceled and not rescheduled. A 50% refund will be issued.

Private Party Cancellation Policy
A deposit is due when booking your private party.  All deposits are applied to the final balance due.  If you are unable to meet the minimum, the deposit will be forfeited.  If you choose to cancel your private party the deposit will not be refunded.

Membership Cancellation Policy
Membership payments are nonrefundable. Monthly memberships can be canceled after the first 3 months. To cancel, please notify Cloud 9 Workshop one week prior to your next billing date.

Safety Waiver & Photography Release
Each participant must complete a registration form, safety waiver, and photo release before the start of the workshop.

Photo Permission
Periodically, Cloud 9 Workshop takes photographs and video of visitors and activities for use in promotional and editorial material. By entering Cloud 9 Workshop, you give permission to Cloud 9 Workshop for the recording of photographs and video of yourself and your accompanying dependents. You grant Cloud 9 Workshop all rights to use these still or moving images for educational, promotional, advertising, and other purposes that advance the mission of Cloud 9 Workshop. All rights to the photographs and video belong to Cloud 9 Workshop. Should you wish to not be photographed or recorded, please let a staff member or the photographer know; we will certainly respect your wishes.

Allergens
Cloud 9 Workshop is NOT a nut, soy, dairy or wheat-free studio or environment. Families and individuals are asked not to bring food containing nuts to the studio, but we are unable to guarantee their food is nut-free. In addition, the studio uses an extensive amount recycled materials that may contain or have been exposed to nuts, soy, dairy, wheat or other allergens. We would love for you and/or your child to join us in the art studio but please make your choice of attending with this information in mind. Your safety & your child’s safety is a high priority but we can’t assure that you or your child won’t be exposed to possible allergens. If you choose to attend and/or enroll your child, you will be assuming the risk of these stated environmental conditions. Please inform us in writing at the time of registration if you or your child have allergies or special needs.
